🚨❗ IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTICE —

SEASCC Preferred Location Selection allows exhibitors to choose specific table locations within the venue.

Please note that the Preferred Location fee applies to one (1) Corner Table only. Exhibitors purchasing multiple corner tables must select a corresponding number of Preferred Location options (e.g., 2 corner tables require 2 [CORNER TABLE PREFERRED LOCATION].

This Preferred Location Selection is available at an additional fee of RM200 per CORNER TABLE and must be selected at the time of initial checkout.

Preferred location requests cannot be added or amended after booking confirmation.

Bookings made without Preferred Location Selection will be assigned locations at the Organiser’s discretion, based on overall exhibition planning and floor layout requirements.

The Organiser reserves the right to adjust or reassign locations where necessary to ensure optimal event operations.

All location allocation decisions made by the Organiser shall be final.
