SEASCC [STANDARD TABLE PREFERRED LOCATION]

🚨❗ IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTICE —

SEASCC Preferred Location Selection allows exhibitors to choose specific table locations within the venue.

Please note that the Preferred Location fee applies to one (1) Standard table only. Exhibitors purchasing multiple tables must select a corresponding number of Preferred Location options (e.g., three tables require three [STANDARD TABLE PREFERRED LOCATION].

This Preferred Location Selection is available at an additional fee of RM100 per STANDARD TABLE and must be selected at the time of initial checkout.

Preferred location requests cannot be added or amended after booking confirmation.

Bookings made without Preferred Location Selection will be assigned locations at the Organiser’s discretion, based on overall exhibition planning and floor layout requirements.

The Organiser reserves the right to adjust or reassign locations where necessary to ensure optimal event operations.

All location allocation decisions made by the Organiser shall be final.
